I'm a recovering computer scientist and law student at the University of Colorado. I'm focused on the areas where computer science and the law meet: intellectual property policy, privacy, security, Internet regulation, consumer protection, and so on. I'm also the Editor-in-Chief of the Journal on Telecommunications and High Technology Law.
My blogging focus is currently on the intersection of computer security and the law, particularly in the area of digital rights management and the Digital Millennium Copyright Act.
